We are looking for someone to be our First Impression!  This position will be a PT position and will include some days, evenings, weekends & some holidays. Starting pay is $15 and up depending upon experience, once training is complete then pay will be $17.

Responsibilities:

• Amazing Customer service to our residents, families, and their guests.
• Ability to answer phones with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Responsible for greeting all guests, which includes marketing inquiries, associates, families, residents, and other external delivery personnel.
• Satisfying all Marketing/customer service duties for all prospects and understanding the importance of each guest.
• Various front desk duties such as working with Gmail, Outlook, excel, word, making labels, resident lists, filing, cleaning, stocking, shredding, etc  
• Completing required monthly educational classes.
• Smile, Sit & Stand and Lift packages

Required Skills:

• High School or GED equivalent
• Previous reception experience a plus
• Previous senior living experience a plus
