Franciscan Ministries, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, is a nonprofit Catholic organization. For more than a century, we have cared for generations of families. We own and operate premier senior living communities that provide a spectrum of housing and care options including independent living, assisted living, memory support services, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and community-based home care. About your new role:
As the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You will lead a team of five high-functioning HR professionals, supporting our workforce of over 1,700 employees. In this role, you will oversee enterprise learning, leadership development, and strategic planning for Human Resources (HR). Additionally, you will be responsible for system-wide recruitment, associate relations, unemployment, workers' compensation programs, and benefits. This role will be onsite at our home office in Lemont, Illinois.
