The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant who is customer and patient focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.  We currently have a full time and part time position available in our Health Care Center.

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:  

• Full time: Tuesday-Saturday: 8:30am to 4:30pm 
• Part time: Thursday-Saturday: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Must be able to lead programs and events
• Assist manager in monthly planning
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates dress for general studies or medical field, C.N.A
• At least 1 year of experience in activities
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
