Marian Village is a vibrant senior living community located in Homer Glen, Illinois. We offer seniors independent living and assisted living support services. The Sales Counselor contributes to the community’s success by ensuring that the Sales and Marketing department meets and/or exceeds their occupancy/sales goals for all service lines. The primary function of this direct sales position is to partner with prospects and their families as they navigate the senior living experience providing them with the appropriate senior living solution to meet their needs.  To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to cultivate new leads through external outreach and community involvement, to close sales through innovative sales strategies, relationship management, creativity, and communication. You will guide families and seniors through the inquiry, discovery, application, and residency process.  As a key member of the sales team, you will partner with the interdisciplinary team to create a sales culture that is person centered, creating memorable experiences for each individual prospect and resident.  

Your primary functions in this role will be: Sales Management Lead Conversion CRM/Data Management and Utilization

To be successful in this role, we prefer the following competencies and qualifications: Senior Living Experience, Direct Sales Experience (3-5 years), Senior Living Sales -Entry Fee preferred
