As a Life Enrichment Assistant you will 

Lead and/or assist with group and one on one activity programs Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities Complete assessments and  progress notes necessary to be compliant with state and federal regulations Attends and participates in meetings such as care plans, in-services, resident council and other meetings as assigned Assist with volunteer management Maintain a neat and clean environment for residents Foster an atmosphere of hospitality and customer service.

We are currently looking for Life Enrichment Assistant  to join our team! To qualify you need a:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Certified through the State of Illinois as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification (desired)
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent communication & customer service skills Team player Compassionate

We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.
