Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus.  We are currently looking for a Part-time Unit Secretary. .

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:  

• Part-Time: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm to 8:30pm

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule doctor appointments and transportation
• Maintain nursing form files, and update as necessary
• Answer telephone and collect faxes in a timely manner
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures
• Assist with room readiness for new admission

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Two years prior experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
