The Village at Mercy Creek is a vibrant assisted living community in Normal, Illinois, where we are dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both our residents and our associates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to provide personal care assistance to the geriatric population
• Work closely with registered nurses on residents’ daily well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members
• Attend a minimum of 12 hours of annual in-service continuing education
• Promote and respect the dignity of each resident and their family

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or ability to obtain by the time of employment
• Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois, or ability to be certified in Illinois by the time of employment
• Minimum of one (1) year of caregiving or service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
