It offers a variety of senior lifestyle options including assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect resident rooms, apartments and bathrooms Remove trash in all public areas Maintain Community grounds: mowing lawns, sweeping walkways, or shoveling snow Vacuum , mop, sweep all floors and carpet including waxing floors where applicable Respond to work orders and performs cleaning projects as assigned Responsible for keeping carts and closets neat and clean Deliver packages received to staff and residents Load and unload all truck deliveries and stock floors Exhibit service oriented behaviors and actions to help provide a pleasant and supportive environment  Required skills and qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Customer Service skills Team player Compassionate understanding of eldercare 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping in long-term care preferred Employee Benefits: Competitive Compensation Group Health, Dental & Vision Employer Funded Health Savings Account Life/Disability Insurance 401k Match Tuition Assistance Generous Paid Time Off Daily Pay by PayActive About Franciscan Ministries: We believe in our associates and are committed to creating an environment that is supportive and nurturing of your career path.
