This is a Fulltime Salaried position, working Monday thru Friday 8:30-5pm, with some weekends and holidays included.

The Director of Mission Integration/Pastoral Care is responsible for the development and implementation of a continuum of pastoral services that address the spiritual needs of a diverse population of elderly resident and our associates. Mission Integration initiatives aimed at raising the identification of and association with mission and values sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago as a ministry of the Catholic Church. This is largely accomplished through collaboration with the Chief of Mission Integration and Pastoral Care, Franciscan Ministries Organization, and through administrative direction of various initiatives and educational activities as they specifically pertain to Mission Integration and Pastoral Care. In this role, the incumbent represents the Catholic mission perspective and directs activities which meet the spiritual and religious needs of elderly residents, their families, and our associates. This position requires the ability to provide pastoral services according to the needs of the community. Previous experience is preferred.
