Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining adequate nursing staff for the
community.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
• Oversees clinical staffing needs for the community.
• Coordinates, monitors, and adjusts schedules for the clinical department.
• Assists in onboarding of associates.
• Stays well informed of staffing needs as census increases or decreases.
• Participates in on call rotation and PBJ.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Licenses/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
Experience: 1+ years of experience in long term care
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong listening skills and ability to deal with conflict with professionalism and courtesy
• Positive interpersonal relationship skills, including with persons of all ages and cultures
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of the team
• Proficient with computers and data entry
