"ASSISTED LIVING MANAGER, Memory Care Manager St Joseph Village Full-time is a part of Franciscan Ministries, a vibrant senior and Assistant living community in Chicago, IL.  We offer assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.  We are currently looking for a Full-time Assisted Living Manager to join to our growing team! Duties and Responsibilities: Hires and supervises Assisted Living Associates. Establishes and maintains open and effective communication with residents, families, associates and other team members. Train and develop staff to be cohesive and a customer service driven unit. Refers all sales leads to Sales consultant. Assess resident eligibility for continued Assisted Living residency and reviews with ED Initiates resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required. On call rotation.   Required skills and qualifications:  Outstanding Customer Service Skills Knowledge of IDPH Assisted Living REGS Previous Supervisor experience  plus a Bachelor degree or applicable healthcare experience.
