Responsibilities:

Paint residentail homes/apartments as needed

Address work orders properly and promptly.

Maintanence duties as neccesary

Required skills and qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

2-3 Experience in building maintenance and/or paitring

Preferable Long Term Care or Hospital Setting 3-5 years of experience as an Maintenance tech or Painter

Professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Customer Service skills Team player Compassionate understanding of eldercare
