Adminstrative Assistant II-Plant OPs
Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests and answering and directing all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner. This position also performs general secretarial and office tasks and provides support to all managers and department directors as needed.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
Associate Timekeeping
Using the payroll system, update associates’ time entries, review them for accuracy, and approve them. After approval, submit the payroll to Human Resources for final review and processing by the home office.
Purchasing
Using the ordering system or portal, place orders for Plant Operations, Environmental Services, and Healthcare. Each department has an established budget, and all supply and medical supply orders must remain within those budget limits. Monitor spending to ensure compliance with departmental budgets before submitting each order.
Tels (Asset Management Software)
Working closely with the Plant Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Life Safety binders. Ensure all regulatory tasks are completed accurately and on time by utilizing the TELS system.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the system, including assigning, monitoring, and closing work orders and related tasks.

Education: High School Diploma/GED
Licenses/Certifications: N/A
Experience: 2+ plant ops/Adminstrative experience
