The Sales Counselor contributes to the community’s success by ensuring that the Sales and Marketing department meets and/or exceeds their occupancy/sales goals for all service lines. The primary function of this direct sales position is to partner with prospects and their families as they navigate the senior living experience providing them with the appropriate senior living solution to meet their needs.  To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to cultivate new leads through external outreach and community involvement, to close sales through innovative sales strategies, relationship management, creativity, and communication. We are looking for someone to be our First Impression!  This position will be a PT position and will include some days, evenings, weekends & some holidays.
