Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Department. Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing care for residents in conjunction with the MDS assessment process on a designated unit.  The Unit Manager builds, nourishes, and maintains good working relationships with the nursing staff, department directors, residents, and their families.  This individual is also knowledgeable about the RAI process and the development of resident care plans.
