Prepares meats for storage and portion control upon delivery; ensures proper storage of all delivered foods and ingredients. Keep track of and order supplies. Makes accurate disbursement of residents’ trust fund. Performs clerical duties for department heads as necessary. Provides team spirit by cross training to help others within the office.
