Duties and responsibilities:
- Administers Medication According to Policy and Procedure
- Completes and performs all treatments according to policy standards and physicians orders..
- Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
- Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
- Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Performs clerical duties for department heads as necessary.
- Provides team spirit by cross training to help others within the office.
Qualifications

- Some college or culinary school experience preferred
- Residential/Commercial cooking experience
- One to three years cooking experience in a geriatric environment preferred
