Franciscan Ministries, based out of Lemont, Illinois, is looking for a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to add to our growing team! Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer will be a visionary leader responsible for the development and execution of the comprehensive organizational marketing and sales strategy. This leader will work closely with the Communications and Brand Strategy team, acting as a strategic advisor in developing and implementing the Ministry's brand, strategic sales, and marketing plan.
The Chief Marketing & Sales Officer will support multiple stakeholders to improve the revenue and market recognition of Franciscan Ministries, Franciscan Communities, and Franciscan Advisory Services. In addition to developing strategic and tactical plans, the Chief will drive the development of analytic-based metrics to support the various functions of the sales & marketing process to ensure the attainment of financial or stabilization objectives.
The Chief Marketing & Sales Officer will establish and evaluate sales goals/performance in addition to sales forecasting and revenue projections for each campus and level of care in the Ministry. This position will support all functions essential to the productivity of the ministry sales force, including but not limited to planning, goal setting, management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration. The Chief will also provide feedback and assist in all sales associates' recruitment, retention, selection, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Develop strategic and tactical business development and sales plans to achieve strategic objectives. Partner in developing, recommending, and executing sales and marketing strategies and tactics to support the broader ministry strategy, including revenue outcomes.
Take a lead role in evaluating any new marketplace the organization may be interested in developing. It is critical to have a thorough knowledge base in understanding market studies, nuance, and market dynamics as they relate to senior living.
Develop & nurture relationships and, effectively manage partnerships with internal and external partners, identify new key stakeholders and partners to advance business objectives. Develop innovative and new ideas and approaches relevant to current market needs and trends for the existing portfolio and business development of new projects. Partner in strategic planning, programming, and positioning to include initiatives to advance the mission and vision of Franciscan Ministries, Franciscan Communities, and Franciscan Advisory Services. Work in partnership with the Communications and Brand Strategy team to align sales and marketing strategies, maximizing effectiveness through collaboration. Sales and Marketing Operations:
Motivate and support ministry and community sales and marketing associates and ministry partners, creating and encouraging a performance/productivity-based sales culture that advances and or sustains objectives and revenue goals.
Create and implement regional and local programming designed to drive revenue and sales outcomes.
Track and report on the development and execution of action plans, marketing plans, incentive utilization, sales programming, and performance improvement.
Support the equitable assignment of sales associate goals and resources to maximize productivity.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales associates to evaluate the sales process and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Coordinate training and development plans and deliver them to sales associates.
Provide input/feedback/suggestions to senior leadership in developing and administrating sales programs, processes, and incentives.
Sales and Marketing Analytics:
Identify sales technology solutions and partners for implementing and improving analytical processes and systems.
Manage sales analytics sales reporting systems and provide appropriate information levels to the appropriate stakeholders. Develop reporting strategies based on stakeholders and the target audience to ensure information accuracy and delivery to drive strategy.
Guide targets and priorities set for the CRM to aid in the alignment, understanding, and execution of sales goals. Ensure field staff compliance with utilization standards for CRM.
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the Ministry. Proactively monitor goal setting to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the ministry sales operations efforts.
Business Development:
Through effective business development and branding strategies, you will develop and lead campaigns that tell the story of FM and what makes us a leader in the senior living industry.
Oversee marketing budget dollars to ensure optimal exposure and maximum efficiencies.
Partners with the home office and community teams in developing and modifying short- and long-range community marketing plans and budgets by assuring competitor information, data, and feedback are available.
Promotes business coordination between communities to provide optimum results without duplication of resources.

Franciscan Ministries has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director of Clinical Services at our Home Office team based in Lemont, IL! The Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for supporting long term care/skilled communities in all states in which Franciscan Ministries operates. This independent position is responsible for all aspects of clinical services at the regional level. This will include monitoring clinical processes, training, auditing, and supporting Directors of Nursing and Nursing Management in ensuring the delivery of quality care. This position focuses on the Franciscan Ministries' quality standards and organizational objectives in partnership with each assigned community. Travel for the position is approximately 75% of the time, with the remainder being remote (home-office 1 day, 4 days within communities) Travel to the Franciscan Ministries Corporate office is required as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for onboarding and ongoing training of new clinical leadership including Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers.
- Assists the community leadership in achieving and maintaining key indicator benchmarks, and quality measures above the state and national average. This will ensure the best possible outcomes for the residents.
- Conducts targeted review and analysis of standards identified at each community to ensure the community is in compliance and well-prepared for annual survey. Assures clinical leadership is knowledgeable of new regulations and standards as implemented by regulatory agencies.
- Assists and is a resource to each community in survey preparation following standard of practice/CMS guidelines as well as Franciscan Ministries policies and procedures. In addition, assists with Plan of Correction as needed and monitoring of the new QA processes developed in the event of a citation.
- Utilizes competency tools for ensuring clinical staff practice meets accepted professional standards while collaborating with Directors of Nursing to identify needs.
- Remains up to date on current professional standards of practice, laws and regulations which may impact the communities.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in electronic health care records (Point Click Care). Responsible to audit, train and ensure adoption of the electronic health record.
- Serves as a resource and expert in the area of infection control practices and surveillance while analyzing data to prevent infections from occurring or spreading. This will include direct observations and needed corrections while in the community.
Qualifications:
- Current active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
- 3 to 5 years of nursing leadership in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care
- Proficient in federal and state regulatory requirements. Conducts targeted review, mock survey and survey preparedness at each community to ensure the community is in compliance and well-prepared for annual survey. Assures clinical leadership is knowledgeable of new regulations and standards as implemented by regulatory agencies.

Position Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment, and selection of talent.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Franciscan Ministries is looking for a SNF Reimbursement Specialist to add to our Home Office team located in Lemont, IL! This position is responsible for data entry into the automated billing system including cash receipts and ancillaries, processing and follow up on Co-insurance, Managed Care claims, Medicaid Billing, and Medicare billing.
Responsibilities:
- Posts Medicare payment to the detail resident account balances.
- Posts Medicaid payment to the detail resident account balances; verifies that the vendor balances match the Medicaid monthly charge.
- Prepare and generate Medicare billing information obtained from the third part contracted biller into the billing system.
- Assembles co-insurance billing and Managed Care information. Follow up on unpaid billed co-insurance, Managed Care claims, Medicare and Medicaid until claims are paid in full.
- Bill Illinois Medicaid billing and Managed Medicaid claims, include review of reports, census changes and income changes, follow up until claims are paid in full.
- Provide support to Business Office staff in field
- All other duties as assigned or as area of responsibility indicate
Requirements:
- High School Dipolma or GED required; Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
- 3 – 5 years of "long term health care" billing experience including Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance reimbursement
- High proficiency in computerized billing programs
- Excellent data entry; proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Skilled Nursing Facility billing experience required
- Proficient in Point Click Care billing sytem preferred
